Prerequisites
Prerequisite for this course, which is by invitation only, is completion of the Bereavement Counselling Certificate Course.

Course Duration
2 Years, part time, intensive.

Course Content

• Participation in all group supervision of trainees, conducted at the Bereavement C.A.RE. Centre
• Individual supervision of counsellors in training
• Monthly supervision of the supervisory role with the Centre's Directors
• Preparation and presentation of process studies of two counsellors in training
• Critical analysis of trainee supervisor's own learning process
• Demonstration of competence by means of videotaped supervisions - individual and group

Graduates from this course will be deemed competent to supervise the training and clinical work of Bereavement Counsellors.
